Corporate Social Responsibility is the ‘Plus’ of Procure Plus
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy and activities ensure that we consider the impact of our business beyond simple financial success and focuses us on what we do with the money we save in order to create value for the communities we work in. To make sure that the way we invest into our communities creates the most value and supports appropriate projects in our communities, all our CSR policies and activities are independently audited annually. In the last full operating year, Procure Plus exceeded its key CSR goals, meaning even greater value was provided to the communities with whom we work. We provided approximately 4 training places per £1m spent in neighbourhoods, supported 19 community groups with £111,000 of funding plus materials to be able to continue their work, and set up social enterprises to assist people with significant barriers back into work.
