The merchants framework was tendered through the restricted OJEU process to provide building materials and products for property maintenance / construction including (but not limited to) planned maintenance and responsive repairs.  The tender looked at new ways of sourcing and providing this service.  

The framework offers:

  • competitive, consistent and clear cost plus pricing model across Re:allies
  • service lead solution that can be tailored to meet the requirements of each customer
  • audited open book
  • opportunity to share beneficial pricing with tenants and staff
  • regeneration fund that will be spent to benefit the area in which it was generated
