Feedback sessions with both landlords and installers unearthed valuable suggestions for improving the Frameworks. The delivery teams will use this information to shape the process and implement changes where possible to make the model leaner for both landlord and the supply chain.

Landlords have agreed their workstream requirements for the Framework duration and indications on volume can be found in the Contact Notice.

Existing installers must re-apply alongside new organisations to be considered by the landlord teams.

Early indications are that interest will be high - and so too will landlords' expectations

The landlords still require high quality installations that complete on time, on budget, in a safe and sustainable manner and with minimal disruption for tenants.

These virtues alone are not enough as we strive to continually improve. In this round of procurement the consortia will be seeking the very best installers to join the Frameworks - those that can demonstrate that they are ahead of their competitors and have a firm commitment to working in collaboration with the consortia, its landlords, suppliers and tenants.
