The Operations Team at Procure Plus are responsible for the delivery of all projects and works that are generated by our landlords. we work alongside the individual landlord delivery teams as well as bringing together the installers, suppliers, consultants and integrators from our frameworks.
The team has a wealth of experience in delivering projects over many years - experience that can prove helpful to landlords and bring a different perspective to problems which can prove invaluable.
The Operations Team are responsible for the successful delivery of the following frameworks:
- Planned Maintenance including: heating, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, whole house internals and externals, painting, retrofitting, windows, doors and roofing
- Voids and Responsive Repairs
- Gas Servicing
- High Rise Works
- Consultancy Services
Going forward the New Build framework will also be delivered through the Operations Team.
We believe in working with all parties to scope the works correctly and ensure that all parties fully understand their roles and responsibilities to make sure projects are delivered successfully. We have developed a delivery model which will help achieve these objectives.
