Balance Brings Best Results for Trafford Housing

Trafford Housing Director of Delivery Jane McCall said: "We aim to procure 75% of eligible works - planned improvements, gas servicing and investment works - via the GMP model,"

Jane, who sits on the GM Procure Board and is Chair of the Audit Committee, said that she tries to keep a balance between procuring a large proportion of works through GM Procure and using her in-house team.
