GM Procure, Lancashire Housing Partners and Cumbria Housing Partners wish to collaboratively source internal and external contractors, to deliver works for Decent Homes and planned maintenance schemes.

Please note, the Pre Qualification Questionnaire is now available for completion, from the following link: http://tendermanagement.gmprocure.com/register/index/b99cc169a8

Interested parties should refer to the document 'Tender Management User Manual' for further details on how to register and access the PQQ - download from here

The closing date for submission of the PQQ and all supporting documentation is: 

12.00pm, 17 December 2009

  •  Central heating
  •  Electrical works
  •  Windows and doors
  •  General joinery
  •  Roofing and ancillary work
  •  Hard landscaping
  •  Painting and pre-paint repairs
  •  Fencing and gates
  •  Brickwork
  •  Asbestos removal
  •  Whole house refurbishment
  •  High rise external repairs
  •  Sustainable construction (i.e. PV panels)
