  1. Scope - Confirm specification, numbers and dates etc. for work stream

  2. Kick start meeting - Agree details, establish relationships and team protocol

  3. Initial surveys - Initial property surveys

  4. Information for costs - Complete target cost pro-forma

  5. Target cost - Target cost issued for client approval

  6. Pre-contract meeting - Formal meeting between all parties to initiate contract

  7. Live on e-Procurement - Contractor calls off materials

  8. On site - Commence work on (pilot) properties (and feedback into target cost)

  9. All properties handed over - Delivery notes approved by contractor

  10. Project closed - All invoices passed for payment
