Over 250 installers registered interest in becoming framework partners. Having made it through the PQQ stage, approximately 170 installers have been asked to proceed to tender stage across the varied worksteams and geography of Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria.

Organisations moving through to the next stage of procurement are a mix of existing partners and prospective partners that are 'new' to the consortia. Tenders were launched on the 1st March and have a completion deadline of  the 6th April (12 noon).

Landlord and tenants will want to select the 'best' the market can offer. This means that it's crucial that prospective partners (new and existing) allow enough time to complete the tender documents and respond to the various information requests with quality responses within the deadlines set.

Bidders should not assume that the person marking the answers knows you, your organisation or your capability. This is the final phase of selection and installers have this last chance to demonstrate their suitability for selection.
