Procure Plus is an increasingly expanding not for profit regeneration company based in Old Trafford. We are a consortium of social housing providers primarily with stock in the North West but also working in partnership under the Re:allies collaboration in the North of England.
We work with key integrator partners as well as several other regional and national agencies in order to generate efficiencies and impact local communities and labour markets via the procurement of materials and contractors for our clients.

In the role of Project Developer you will provide a high quality effective project development and management service to Procure Plus and its clients, optimising benefits to the social housing providers in the consortium and have full regard for the overarching objectives of the business.
It is important you have a proven track record at a senior level of successful project development, and you will therefore need the following essential experience:
