We expect more landlords to join the consortium during the new Framework term - especially with the forthcoming merger with IMPACT Manchester - which will increase our buying power and bolster our influence throughout the sector as volume requirements increase.

The collaboration under the Re:allies banner will aggregate refurbishment material requirements across the North of England which in turn will produce better prices. Category teams have been nominated to drive the process and are made up from landlords across Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria (together with the North East and Yorkshire/Humber for materials). These teams will define the workstreams and product requirements, develop the tender documents, agree scope/specifications, interview and score the bidders.
