Landlord teams from across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria have worked together to mould the installer selection process and technical requirements on behalf of their organisations and their tenants. Additional teams have been added in the Re:allies material collaboration to encompass colleagues and tenants with the ne procurement (North East) and Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humber).
A good mix of technical skill, specialist knowledge and the prediction of future requirements have added focus and certainty to the procurement process. Impact Manchester teams have joined the existing category teams and bring further expertise into an already inclusive and robust process.
Continued support is required from landlords as the procurement process continues and is crucial as we reach the scoring and final evaluation stages. Active involvement in these final stages will ensure that only the best installers and suppliers make it onto the framework.
