Procure Plus is working in collaboration with ne procurement and Efficiency North to source refurbishment materials in conjunction with the installer procurement. These combined material requirements will offer suppliers even greater volumes over a wider geographical area, introducing new clients and driving further efficiency into an already successful process.

Existing suppliers must re-apply alongside new organisations to be considered for this opportunity.

Early indications are that interest will be high - and so too will buyers' expectations

We seek on behalf of our landlords and their tenants to procure robust supply chains that deliver:

• Exceptional quality products at the very best commercial rates
• Products that are sustainable, fit for purpose, with a greater life cycle
• Materials that allow improved tenant choice
• Suppliers that work in true partnership with the buyer and the installation teams
• Innovative and proactive suppliers that improve the supply process for tenants and landlords

The PQQ was launched in mid December 2009 with a closing date of mid January 2010.
