Procurement Consortia Merger Reaches Completion

The merger between two of the country’s most prominent procurement consortia, GM Procure and IMPACT Manchester has reached completion.

The new company, Procure Plus, is the largest social housing procurement organisation in the UK and plans for collaboration outside the northwest region are an objective of the newly merged company.

The merger will in turn create better value for money for clients and provide increased community-based benefits for residents through a more cohesive regeneration strategy.
