North West social housing procurement consortium, Procure Plus, has helped 20-year-old Mathew Martone from Newton near Hyde, Cheshire, get a permanent job in the construction industry through its innovative apprenticeship initiative. Through its work with arms length management organisation (ALMO), Stockport Homes, Procure Plus secured a position for Mathew with local construction firm, Casey Group.
