Procure Plus Member Achieves
Highest Audit Rating For a Second Time

Stockport Homes, a member of the newly merged Housing Consortium, Procure Plus, are celebrating after being awarded the highest possible rating in a recent inspection by the Audit Commission for the second time in the organisation’s short history.

The Audit Commission stated in their report that Stockport Homes ‘Continues to deliver one of the best housing services in the country and develops innovative new services to improve the social and financial inclusion of its tenants and wider communities.’ It also confirms Stockport Homes are still providing an ‘Excellent three star service which has excellent prospects for improvement.’ This is the highest possible rating that can be achieved. Stockport Homes are one of only a handful of Housing Organisations in the country to achieve a three star rating on consecutive inspections.
