Tender Management
A PQQ (Preliminary Qualification Questionnaire) and Tender Management system to allow interested bidders to use the system to answer appropriate qualification questions, ask clarification questions, submit company details etc. These submissions are then marked/scored electronically. The system will be available when we are tendering for new systems/services and bidders will register their interest and then be issued with appropriate login/password details and user instructions.
Projects Plus
Projects Plus is a system designed to enable work smoothing, forecast progress and financial spend, and easily manage projects. It is mandatory for all Procure Plus clients and available for all our contractors, suppliers and manufacturers. Performance Management
CorVu performance management software suite. The system is based on a balanced scorecard approach and is used to track, monitor and manage all KPI data and reporting. e-Trading

Stage 1 Costs
A key part of preparing and managing projects with landlords is the initial calculation of target costs for works on properties. Stage 1 Costs is designed to give landlords more control over this process, do 'what if scenarios' and provide an electronic feed to the e-Procurement system to speed up the production of confirmed target cost information. Survey System
We run regular feedback surveys to judge the effectiveness of Procure Plus; our induction sessions and system demonstrations and to gather/analyse information. Voids + Schemes
Voids + Schemes is a system designed to simplify the process for managing work on void properties and schemes/projects which don’t readily fit into the planned maintenance process. It allows the landlord or contractor to follow a standardised process to add projects, produce costings, track the submission and approval of costs and then tracks the key dates of the project through to keys handed back (voids) and final payment. Trainees
The Trainee system is designed to aid the management of trainee placement within the framework’s policies.
