Refreshing the Frameworks – We Couldn’t Have Done it Without You
Tenants are at the heart of all decision-making at Procure Plus. Although procurement can be unwieldy and time consuming, the results have to reflect the needs and aspirations of tenants for it to be truly meaningful.
When planning the new Frameworks, Mike Brogan and his team at Procure Plus hoped for a healthy level of tenant involvement in the sourcing process – and they were not disappointed. Tenants have responded magnificently by giving up their valuable time throughout the tender stages by being involved in interviewing prospective contractors and suppliers, and scoring and assessing products.

A ‘Goodbye to Bernard Caine’
A ‘Goodbye to Bernard Caine’, who has been chair of the Tenant Involvement Panel (TIP) since it began four years ago. With the announcement that Bernard is stepping down on June 30th we realise that we could not have achieved what we have without him. The TIP has come so far over the past four years. Bernard took up his role when the TIP was just an idea, he galvanised the tenants and brought the TIP onto a proper and professional footing. We know that what we do is different to most other similar organisations and a lot of the success of that is down to the tenants.
