Tenant teams representing a range of member landlords have given up their valuable time to attend meetings and be active in the initial selection process for installers and material suppliers. This has given the process a valuable 'end user' perspective and will ensure that selection takes account of the issues that are important to those that live in the neighbourhoods that our landlords manage.

That 'customer perspective' will continue through into the tender stages where tenants will be particularly active in interviewing organisations, scoring and assessing products.

Whilst the focus of framework selection is about meeting technical requirements, it also needs to be about having the right quality products that offer choice, are sustainable, desirable and are installed by organisations that consider the customer and their homes.

Not content to stand still the new frameworks will require even more support from the supply chain to ensure that we meet our Corporate Social Responsibility aspirations which will mean more training and more regeneration within the areas we operate.
