THE STORY SO FAR

Stickmen

The Background

Procure Plus was created in 2006 to give founder members a vehicle for strategic cost, operation and quality management whilst stimulating regeneration within the communities in which our landlords operate. The success of the first three years has provided reliable volume of work for our material suppliers and installers which in turn has given our landlords significant cost and programme benefits. Tenants have benefited directly from streamlined high quality materials and market leading installation work on their homes.

This has been a successful partnership - we have enjoyed three buoyant years of trading, our job creation schemes and community enterprises are thriving and we have met many of the objectives we set out to achieve.

Collaboration, your chance to shape the future

This bulletin - aimed at our landlord teams, tenants and supply chains (prospective and existing) - is the first in a series of updates which will set out the programme of events leading to August 2010.

Both Frameworks will be in place for four years and be available for call off from August 2010.
