Leading social housing procurement company Procure Plus has announced the procurement of a new framework agreement for the supply of the goods and materials required for planned maintenance works.
The framework agreement covers a wide range of product categories for planned maintenance works such as kitchens, bathrooms, heating, and electrical works, among others, spanning across 35 different lots. The framework will help the company’s social housing customers to procure goods and services for planned maintenance projects cost-effectively and efficiently.
The framework agreement is open to companies across the UK who specialise in the supply of goods related to planned maintenance and repairs for social housing customers. The new framework agreement will require distributors and manufacturers to work together to deliver the goods and materials to customers, as well as specialist suppliers who can supply their products directly.
To participate in the tender, interested companies can register on the Procure Plus Tender Management System. Procure Plus Holdings will be hosting a series of Bidder Information Sessions to help companies who register for the opportunity to navigate the tender process.
Tender submissions are due by 5 pm on Friday 31st March 2023. Companies can contact the Procure Plus team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or queries.
