Procure Plus is currently preparing for the launch of the procurement of our new framework: building safety and compliance works and associated consultancy (BSCW). This will be the third iteration of a framework specifically designed to deliver expertise and capability in fire risk mitigation consultancy and works.
As the market continues to mature, this new framework will replace our existing Fire Risk & Mitigation framework, offering updated and expanded opportunities for:
- Fire risk assessors and building safety experts
- Completion of fire precaution works, cladding, render, and soil vent pipe works
- Installation and maintenance of fire alarms (and electrical upgrades)
- Design, supply and installation of sprinkler and mist systems
The tender period for this framework has now closed and it is in the evaluation stage. This framework will be awarded in Spring 2026 and this page will be updated with the successful suppliers once the award decision has been published.
