Framework for the Design, Supply, Refurbishment and Maintenance of Lifts
Later this year Procure Plus will be expanding our building safety category with a brand-new framework for the design, supply, and refurbishment of lifts.
This framework will include a separate lot for companies specialising in lift service and maintenance, creating opportunities for a range of contractors and service providers.
It is designed to support the social housing sector and the wider public sector, helping to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible buildings for residents and users.
The tender period for this framework has now closed and it is in the evaluation stage. This framework will be awarded in Spring 2026 and this page will be updated with the successful suppliers once the award decision has been published.
