Companies wishing to tender for a framework will be required to register on the CDP, an enhanced version of the Find a Tender service. The CDP is an online portal that helps suppliers find and bid for opportunities and allows buyers to meet their transparency obligations under the Act. It publishes all public procurement notices, including upcoming opportunities, bidding timelines, awarded contracts, and ongoing contract management.

The CDP also maintains a central database of supplier information. Suppliers must create an organisational account and provide the required details to participate in any public procurement. Keeping this information up to date is mandatory.

For support with registering on the CDP, please refer to this helpful guide, which outlines a simple three‑step process.
