Commercial Retrofit

Commercial retrofit is a key challenge faced by the UK in order to achieve legally binding carbon reduction targets. There is significant public funding now available for commercial retrofit including the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) which is providing significant grant funding.

Procure Plus have launched a Commercial Retrofit DPS for services and works on non-domestic buildings. The DPS will comprise of six lots to deliver commercial retrofit programmes. The DPS will cover assessment and planning, heat networks, commercial heating, green walls and roofs, commercial fabric and turnkey programmes.
