Fire Risk and Mitigation Works and Services
The fire risk and mitigation works and services framework provides a compliant procurement route to deliver fire risk consultancy and works to social housing customers across the UK. The framework has both national and region specific lots. We have appointed contractors and consultants who are specialist in their field in the following areas: fire risk assessments, EWS1 and associated external wall consultancy, building safety consultancy, fire precaution and compartmentation works, cladding and render works to the external fabric of high, medium and low rise buildings, service riser works to high rise buildings, electrical upgrade works and design and supply, installation and maintenance of sprinkler and mist systems.
