We have seen higher levels and more frequent occurrences of price increase requests, from contractors and suppliers alike. Each request is thoroughly and fairly challenged before it goes onto our catalogue. However, the positive impact of our way of working means that our customers are benefitting from significantly lower prices than we have all seen in the wider market.
