This framework covers planned installation and repair works in the North East, Yorkshire, and Humberside for our customers’ stock, with regionalised Lots for each area. Appointed contractors specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, heating, adaptations, electrical, roofing, environmental and estate works, windows and doors, low-rise insulation, whole-house works, and minor and major property repairs.

The goods and materials framework provides for the supply and distribution of a wide range of goods and materials for maintenance and construction projects, primarily within social housing, as well as other public buildings such as schools and offices.

Procure Plus is launching the third iteration of our Building Safety and Compliance Works (BSCW) framework, replacing the Fire Risk & Mitigation framework. It provides opportunities for fire risk assessors and building safety experts, fire precaution works (including cladding, render, and soil vent pipes), fire alarm installation and maintenance (with electrical upgrades), and sprinkler and mist system design, supply, and installation.

The Installation and Repair Works – Midlands DPS is for contractors in the East and West Midlands undertaking planned installation works for our social housing customers. Regionalised Lots are available for contractors specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, heating, roofing, windows and doors, and electrical works.

This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is for consultants who specialise in contract administrator and employer’s agent services. The DPS agreement will bring opportunities for consultants to work with social housing providers and other public sector organisations across the UK.
