Procure Plus offers a range of procurement solutions to help landlords, councils, NHS organisations and universities decarbonise their buildings and work towards net zero in the built environment. Whether you want to understand the condition of your buildings, plan the measures, or are ready for delivery, our low carbon heating framework, energy frameworks and DPS support every stage of your project. This solution covers air and ground source heat pumps, electrical heating systems, retrofit assessment, design and coordination services, PV, battery storage, and a combination of low and zero carbon technologies.
Supply of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies
The Supply of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies framework gives social housing landlords and public sector organisations a compliant route for the materials they need to deliver retrofit and decarbonisation projects. This includes support for low carbon heating and energy solutions, working alongside the Installation framework to provide a complete pathway from sourcing high-quality products to implementing projects efficiently.
Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies
The Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies framework provides social housing landlords and other public sector organisations with a compliant route for both consultancy and installation of retrofit and decarbonisation measures. As part of this, our framework for low-carbon heating and energy solutions covers dedicated consultancy lots for retrofit assessment, design, and project coordination, alongside installation lots for a wide range of low- and zero-carbon technologies.
Retrofit Programme Delivery Services
The Retrofit Programme Delivery Services DPS allows contracting authorities and public sector organisations to procure retrofit advice, assessment, and installation of measures for low-income households. Procure Plus has established this nationwide DPS in partnership with Local Energy Hubs, with some call-offs funded via available funding streams.
Commercial Retrofit
The Commercial Retrofit DPS supports services and works on non-domestic buildings, helping the UK meet carbon reduction targets with available public funding such as the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS). It comprises six Lots covering assessment and planning, low carbon heating networks, low carbon commercial heating, green walls and roofs, commercial fabric, and turnkey programmes.
